After several attempts to locate a cost-effective, yet fully featured email service provider for its 30,000+ mailing list, New York City-based jazz and world music concert producer BOOM Collective contracted with Accolade to find a solution.

Project Scope

  • Responsible for two successful migrations of the organization’s list

» Sourced, installed and configured a PHP-based email campaign server (2007)

» Managed a migration to MailChimp (2010)

  • Designed and managed the organization’s email campaigns for six-month period following each migration
